When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, organisation (optional), email address and whatever you write in the "What do you move?" field.

We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking on this site. If that changes — for example if we add visitor analytics — we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent before anything is set.

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to understand what you're asking, get back to you at the email address you provided, and follow up on a potential partnership, route, or service request.

We do not use enquiry details for marketing, sell or rent them to third parties, or use them to build advertising profiles.

Enquiry form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards your message to our inbox by email. Web3Forms does not store your submission beyond what's needed to deliver that email — see their own policy at web3forms.com for details of their processing.

This site is hosted on Netlify, which handles standard web server logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) for every visitor as part of running the infrastructure — this is operational logging, not something we access or use to identify individuals.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of the conversation — typically no longer than is useful for an active or prospective partnership. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Contact below).

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address below and we'll act on it within a reasonable time.

Thatcher Ventures Xchange Limited is based in Nairobi, Kenya, and handles personal data in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. If you're contacting us from the EU or UK, the same rights and principles apply by design, even though those frameworks don't directly govern us.
